In the context of our research in Functionalized Nanopores in Membrane Separation Processes, we are looking for a new member for our team.

Requirements:
Very good scientific university degree in chemistry or related field.
Very good knowledge in the field of sol-gel chemistry, functionalization of interfaces, molecular synthesis chemistry, polymer synthesis also in nanopores as well as characterization of porous materials and interfaces especially with regard to pore filling and separation properties.
Knowledge in the field of mesopores and their transport behavior, 3D printing or additive manufacturing, the characterization and fabrication of classical membranes and membrane applications are advantageous.

Ability to work in a team, interest in interdisciplinary work, the ability to work in interdisciplinary collaborations, a very high motivation, very good English skills and the willingness to present own work in an international environment are a prerequisite.

We offer integration into an inspiring, collaborative team, state-of-the-art technology and a strongly interdisciplinary work environment with a wide range of development opportunities.

Opportunity to prepare for a PhD will be provided. At the same time, the performance of the service serves the scientific qualification.
