About “Siarhei Manzhynski”

PhD, Associate professor, Recognised university teacher.
Main research field: Coopetition for sustainability, paradox theory, circular economy.
Siarhei was born and educated in Belarus where he defended his first PhD in financial management and economics. Siarhei began his work with USBE (research and teaching) in 2014 as a visiting scholar in frames of the Visby Programme from the Swedish Institute. Siarhei defended his second PhD in Business Administration at USBE in December 2021. His current research interests lie in the areas of inter-organizational collaboration for sustainability, coopetition, paradox theory. He is also a coordinator of the FEK seminar series (Research and Education seminar initiative, Business Administration Unit).
