About “Vladimir Todorovic”

Vladimir Todorović is an artist, researcher and educator living in the Whadjuk region, Australia, where he works as the chair of Fine Arts in the School of Design at UWA. He works with new technologies for immersive and generative storytelling. His art explores our relationship with the changing environment and our misuse of past, current and future technologies. His projects have won multiple awards and have been showcased at numerous festivals, exhibitions, museums and galleries including Annecy(62, 60), Animafest Zagreb, 60 Ann Arbor FF, 25 Avanca, 18 Vienna Shorts, Visions du Reel (49th, 46th, 44th), IFFR (42nd, 40th and 39th), Cinema du Reel, Festival du Nouveau Cinéma (50 and 42), Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, BIFF, SGIFF, L’Alternativa, YIDFF, Siggraph, ISEA, Ars Electronica, Transmediale, Centre Pompidou, House of the World’s Cultures and Japan Media Art Festival.He has organized workshops, symposiums and curated shows and was one of the initiators of ISEA2008, where he served as the chair of the Ludic Interfaces theme. In January 2014, he chaired and organized the conference in Singapore.
