The Pharmaceutical Sciences course offered at Eastern Mediterranean Universityaims to train researchers capable of utilizing advanced scientific research methods in the laboratory, conducting independent studies, and making new scientific contributions.

The Pharmaceutical Sciences course offered at Eastern Mediterranean University is a multidisciplinary doctoral programme that consists 6 different modules in the field of pharmacy (Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Toxicology, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosis).

Upon their enrolment to the programme, doctoral students select one of these modules and complete five area elective courses (total of 15 credits) along with three additional electives of their choice (total of 9 credits). Once they pass the doctoral qualification exam, they can begin their dissertation research.
