JOB /OFFER DESCRIPTION This job offer is in a research project on the study of the conditions of access to mindfulness protocols in hospitals. We are looking for an autonomous person who can coordinate and execute the studies planned in the research program at all stages. Responsibilities will include conducting a state-of-the art literature review, designing empirical studies using mixed methodologies, analyzing the results and promoting the findings (e.g., writing articles, performing oral communications). This project is funded by A*Midex and the person recruited will have to attend A*Midex events related to their field of expertise and comply with the reporting procedures requested by ISSPAM and A*Midex. The person will be under the direction of a multidisciplinary team involving several researchers located in Aix-Marseille University and coordinated by E. Le Barbenchon.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED RESEARCH FIELDS, REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, OTHER RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS The person recruited must hold a doctorate, preferably on the subject of mindfulness. In addition, for ethical reasons related to research protocols, the candidate must have a recognized qualification as a psychologist in France with an ADELI number.
We expect a very good command of the methodologies of collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data as well as good writing skills. We are looking for a person with an excellent command of mindfulness, not only theoretically but also from a clinical point of view. Knowledge of the hospital environment in which these protocols are implemented is essential as well as an advanced knowledge of the French healthcare system. The person recruited will have to work in different places (mainly AP-HM hospital, but also laboratory including the LPS – social psychology laboratory -, and ISSPAM institute on the Aix-Marseille University site).
Soft skills: We are looking for an autonomous person, with good communication skills and an excellent command of the French language (in order to also understand the subtlety of the data collected in the research interviews), as well as full proficiency in written English to work independently on written articles. A person able to create links and a network will be appreciated. Relational and adaptation skills are necessary to interact with both doctors and patients. Prior knowledge of the network of practitioners in the field of mindfulness will be considered an advantage.
