Elizabeth Ooi

Elizabeth is a Senior Lecturer of Finance at the UWA Business School. Prior to this, she completed her PhD and was a teaching associate at Monash University. Her areas of expertise are financial literacy and personal finance. She previously worked in the financial services industry and has been a consultant on international financial literacy issues to the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), authoring several OECD policy reports. Her current research projects on financial education and superannuation have been published in leading academic journals and cited by public inquiries and the financial press. She has been involved in grant projects attracting over $140,000 in university and industry research funding.
