Your Responsibilities
- Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of scientific experiments
- Advising and supporting researchers in experimental design, data analysis, and presentation of results across various research areas, particularly in proteomics, metabolomics, and multi-omics
- Developing and implementing statistical methods and models to analyze biological aging markers
- Active participation in regular internal and external meetings as well as (inter)national conferences
- Publication of research findings in internationally renowned, peer-reviewed journals
- Contribution to the conceptualization of research projects and acquisition of the necessary third-party funding
- Co-supervision and mentoring of students at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed doctoral degree/PhD in the field of life sciences, molecular biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy
- Solid expertise in multidisciplinary techniques, including analytical biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacy, biostatistics, and bioinformatics
- Expertise in the analysis of biological aging
- Experience in handling large datasets, as well as knowledge in data processing, analysis, and visualization of complex data, e.g., using R or Python
- Ability to independently manage multiple preclinical and clinical projects and effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- High level of commitment, personal responsibility, and self-motivation for scientific work
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proven publication record in relevant fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of creativity and innovative thinking
- International research experience (desirable)

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69.060,59 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
