Completed a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, gaining a strong foundation in systems analysis and design, database management, business process modeling, and information systems security. For my final year project, I designed and implemented Pro-Tech Diagnostics, a full garage management system covering job card tracking, inventory management, customer records, payments, sales, debtors, and reporting — built and deployed as a real working application. The program combined technical coursework in programming and databases with business-oriented modules on organisational information needs, and the final year project demonstrated my ability to translate business requirements into a complete, functioning software system.
