Work Experience(s)
Research Assistant
At Christ University., I was involved in the project “Transition metal complexes: Synthesis, characterization and antimicrobial studies”.
• I have synthesized four novel indole hydrazones derived from indole-3-carbaldehyde and other sources were synthesized and characterized and to study their complexation to transition metals with an emphasis on copper, cobalt, and nickel.
Junior Research Fellow
As a JRF (DRDO project), I was joined under the project “Development of process of carboxylated butadiene nitrile latex (XNBR)”.
• I have a stronghold on the synthesis aspects of XNBR
• Experience and Knowledge of batch and semi-batch scale-up process of XNBR emulsion polymerization.
• Good experience in nitrile rubber compounding, using additives and fillers like carbon filler, graphene, and formulation development.
• As a JRF (Pidilite industries project), I was joined under the project “Development of an emulsion polymer having core-shell morphology for use in formulating interior water-based paints”.
• Optimization of emulsion polymerization of fluoroacrylate
• To modify the surface property of polyacrylate latex films using a small amount of expensive fluorinated acrylate.
• Optimize the development of an emulsion polymer with core-shell morphology for formulating interior water-based paints.
