Your Responsibilities
- Autonomous research and publication activities in the field of Human Resource Management
- Participation in existing research projects and development of new research projects in the field of Human Resource Management (including involvement of societal and economical relevant actors)
- Autonomous teaching in the field of Human Resource Management (including aspects of labor law, gender studies, and/or empirical research methods)
- (Co-)supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
- Student advising and support
- Contribution to organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed doctorate/PhD in business administration or social sciences
- Very good knowledge of Human Resource Management, organizational, and/or gender research
- Very good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative social science methods (including software such as SPSS, Stata, NVivo, MaxQDA)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English; intercultural competence
- Good knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Initial international publications
- Experience with practical collaborations (desirable)
- Enjoyment of scientific work and working with students
- High work motivation; goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69.060,59 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
