Your Responsibilities

  • Autonomous research and publication activities in the field of sport- and movement-pedagogy 
  • Participation in existing research projects and development of new research projects in the field of sport- and movement-pedagogy 
  • Possibility to work on a habilitation project
  • Participation in the application process for third-party funded projects
  • International publication and lecture activity
  • Development and maintenance of (inter-)national cooperations
  • Independent teaching of courses and conducting of examinations
  • Professional and organizational supervision of students of the institute
  • Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures

Your Profile

  • Completed doctorate/PhD in the area of sport- and movement-pedagogy, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of the (inter-)national research landscape in the area of sport- and movement-pedagogy
  • A connectivity to existing research areas of the department (diversity, body, health, digitality) (desirable)
  • Experience with working at university as well as University teaching experience
  • Good knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Experience with publishing and presenting scientific work
  • Experience with working in projects and in applying for external funding (desirable)
  • Enjoyment of scientific work and working with students
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69.060,59 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
