Your Responsibilities
- Cooperation in research projects focusing on “Inclusive Education” in the „Inklusive Bildung und Heilpädagogische Psychologie“ unit
- Independent thematically relevant research activities
- Participation in writing research proposals and in project cooperations
- International publishing experience
- Supervision of academic theses
- Teaching of and assistance in courses, supervision of students, particularly with quantitative analysis of empirical data, assistance with exams
- Involvement in administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Doctoral Degree of inclusive education, psychology or a comparable field
- Experience in conceptualizing and organizing empirical research projects
- Experience in (co-)writing of research proposals, in acquisition and management of third-party funded projects
- Main focus in inclusive education/special education psychology
- Outstanding qualification in research and teaching in inclusive education (in relation to academic age)
- Excellent knowledge of empirical and social research methods
- High competence in dealing with statistic methods and computer programs for analysis of quantitative or qualitative data (e. g. SPSS, R, AMOS, MAXQDA) and profound knowledge of computerized literature search
- Didactic competence
- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English; English publishing experience
- Independent and autonomous working style
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69.060,60 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
