Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation in the area of Civil law, European private law, Company law, Comparative law, Private International law, and law and economics. An lnterest in a comparative law topic in the context of tenancy law is an advantage.
- Participation in research projects of the team of Prof. Doralt
- Teaching and participating in a support function in the teaching of the institute and Prof. Doralt
- Exams and student support
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed master’s degree in law with excellent grades
- Very good skills in civil law and related areas of law
- Excellent knowledge and above-average academic performance, especially in the areas of civil law, corporate law and civil procedure law
- Very good English skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
- Teaching skills (desirable)
- Comprehensive IT skills
- Communication, organizational and teamwork skills
- Resilience and problem-solving skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
