Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation at the University of Graz in the area of commercial and/or corporate law
- Participation in the team of Prof. Baumgartner, in particular in research projects and in organization and administration
- Independent holding of courses and participation in teaching and examination tasks of the department
- Supervision of students
Your Profile
- Completed diploma/master’s degree in the field of Law
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German, good English skills
- Scientific curiosity and interest in working on current research questions
- Independent working style and high level of initiative
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate law
- Very good MS Office skills
- Academic experience is an advantage

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
