On Campus (Full Time) Position Details (MSc Program)
The required application documents for the desired degree programme differ depending on your previous education.
You are applying to an ETH Zurich Master's degree programme with a:
International Bachelor's degree
Language of instruction/Proof of language proficiency
English, proof of proficiency required by the application deadline: Level C1, see Language requirements
GRE General Test
Required for students who have not obtained their Bachelor's degree in one of the EU/EFTA Member State countries.
Minimum expected GRE scores:
- GRE Analytical = 3.5 or 50%
- GRE Quantitative = 165 or 90%
- GRE Verbal = 155 or 70%.
Recommendation letter
Please provide two recommendation letters. We prefer letters from scientists or persons with an academic background, preferably in the field of quantum science. Letters will be part of a potential ESOP Scholarship application.
Motivation letter
Approximately one A4 page in the language of instruction of the chosen programme, stating your motivation for choosing this specific Master's degree programme at ETH Zurich.
Please also check the specific performance prerequisites for this programme.
