The most important duties as an ICT manager:
Define ICT priorities and goals
Plan and develop programs to reach goals
Attending interior and exterior meetings for communications and reports
Attending and running training sessions
Try to manage the department based on ITIL standard especially the security and change management

The most important duties as a Datacenter admin:
Setting Network and Datacenter policies
Proposing solutions based on analytical assessments and preparing the best list for buying
Install and configure network equipment especially Cisco Switches and Routers and and HP Servers
Design and implement the virtualization solution for Datacenter (VMWare Technology)
Design and implement Microsoft networks and managing with SCCM
Gathering and analyzing alarms and errors using related softwares
Troubleshooting errors and responding requests which received from systems and users
Familiar and working with Linux and SQL
Familiar with software testing and user interface design concepts
Familiar with cybersecurity and ethical hacking
