Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and achieve drilling objectives. Act as a key liaison across departments for long-term planning, operational alignment, and issue resolution. Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management and clients, including submission to petroleum authorities. Oversee the design and implementation of drilling plans based on geological data and engineering principles; ensure wells are drilled and completed to meet objectives in a cost-effective manner.
