- Managed production of nanostructure ceramic membranes for water and wastewater treatment and designed and calculated its production scale up from 1m2/day to 20m2/day
- Managed research and development team for producing membranes in different shape and pore size for various applications like pretreatment for seawater
- Produced tubular, Disc & Flat sheet shape MF, UF & NF membranes for use in research projects in universities
- Manufactured Systems for water/ grey water/ wastewater treatments [successful projects include: car-wash wastewater, car radiator factory wastewater, reduction of BOD/COD from well drinking waters]
- Created membranes and pilot systems for achieving high concentrated whey proteins
- Created disk filtration systems for separation of valuable suspended particles
