LAB IN CHARGE: QUALITY ASSURANCE CHEMIST
Area of working : Process , Cane And Bio Fuel Laboratory
Major responsibilities include:
• Manage the analysis requirements for smooth running of sugar process & distillery plant.
• Ensure complete analysis of final product sugar and alcohol.
• Systematize daily production, manufacturing and recovery calculation and alcohol analysis report.
• Checking of raw materials (Sugarcane, molasses, Bagasse, chemicals & consumables used for distillery and sugar
operations).
• Ensure calibration of all the equipment including weighing scale/weigh bridge.
• Ensure compliance of ISO 9001, 14001 & FSSC 22000 standards.
• Assigning duties to his subordinates and other supervisory staff.
• To ensure cleanliness / updateness of all the laboratories and disciplined environment of the department .
• Keeping close liaison to all departmental heads for problems pertaining to results.
• To originate requisitions of the material/spares, required by the department.
• Continuous improvement of the operation of process, cane and distillery laboratory.
• Stacking / lifting of quality sugar & quality assurance role at specialty sugar division.

• To ensure Quality Assurance activities at Shakarganj Tiger compost & Specialty Sugar Division.

Area of working : Water Management & Water Treatment
Scope of work includes water treatment of five tons (25 kg /cm3) boilers to supply steam to drive the
turbine generator (26 MW), water treatment of three 18 tons (10 kg /cm3) waste heat recovery boiler
installed at biogas power house (8 MW), water treatment of cooling towers (2,000 m3/hr flow capacity)
for condensing turbine (12 MW), water treatment of four cooling towers (3,200 m3/hr flow capacity) for
distillation of alcohol and water treatment of eight cooling towers (1,400 m3/hr flow capacity) at biogas
power house.
Major responsibilities include:
• To manage the requirements of boilers feed water through;
