Key Facts
The Two-Year Sociology and Social Anthropology (2 years) at Central European University (CEU) requires that students take aminimum of 30 US credits/60 ECTS need to be obtained in the first year (all through coursework). In the second year, 30 US credits/60 ECTS will be obtained (12 US credits/24 ECTS through coursework, 2 US credits/4 ECTS for the thesis writing workshop, and 16 US credits/32 ECTS for research and thesis writing).
