Who is the Specialization for?
- Lawyers or law graduates with legal work experience who have astrong demonstrated interest in business law and wish to establish or expand a practice in this area ofspecialization
- Professionals without a law degree who have significant work experience (at least five years) related to business law in areas such asgovernance, compliance, risk management, orfinance
