Are you eager to join an international community of scientists to tackle novel and exciting research projectsin the areas of biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, cell biology, chemical biology and synthetic biology?
ThethetheTU Dortmund University, theRuhr University of Bochum, and theUniversity of Duisburg-Essen, located in the vibrant and multicultural Ruhr Metropolitan Area in Germany.
The IMPRS-LM brings together scientists with different backgrounds to investigate one of the fundamental questions in biology: how chemical entities come together to create living cells?
Combining traditional methods, from structural to synthetic biology, with novel computational approaches, chemists, physicists, and molecular biologists at the IMPRS-LM aim to dissect the spatial and temporal organization of biochemical networks in the cellular environment.
The IMPRS-LM provides a unique graduate training program that equips students with the skills and knowledge to address complex questions in cellular biology. Through a comprehensive interdisciplinarycurriculum, research opportunities, andmentorship, our program enables students to pursue their graduate studies and become innovative and independent researchers.
