Position Details (Master's)
Public policy issues are becoming increasingly complex, due to an ever-stronger interconnectedness between local, national and international levels of decision-making and implementation. Consequently, there is a growing need for specialists in policy analysis who have a combination of technical skills as well as theoretical and specific area knowledge.
During the one-year master's program in Public Policy and Human Development , you will be trained by leading experts from both Maastricht University and United Nations University and will earn two diplomas, one from each institution.
Career prospects
Graduates of the Public Policy and Human Development program are academically trained policy analysts. Since its launch in 2005, over 1,300 students have successfully graduated from the program, creating a vibrant alumni network. The master program program has a strong history of providing employability-related resources to its students during their studies at Maastricht University.
