Cognitive Neuroscience - Perception, Action and Decision-making (research)
Position Details (Master's)
In the Cognitive Neuroscience - Perception, Action and Decision-making (research) track at Radboud University you’ll gain ample experience in current research and analysis techniques in perception, three-dimensional motor research, psychophysiological studies, neuroimaging and electromyographical studies. You’ll also be able to apply formal theories on and models of perceptive functions, sensorimotor functions, and complex actions in your research.
Something for you?
This track is aimed at the three basic components of current Cognitive Neuroscience: modelling, designing and conducting behavioural studies and measuring the neurobiological foundations of behaviour.
As a student of this Master’s, you’re able to use the state-of-the-art research equipment that is located on campus, like the Sensorimotorlab.
This track also works closely with the Radboudumc and the Sint Maartenskliniek, a hospital that specialises in posture and movement, also housed in Nijmegen.
This program is accredited by the NVAO (the Dutch-Flemish accreditation organisation).
Courses include:
- Trends in Cognitive Neuroscience
- Neuroimaging
- Neurophilosophy
- Lab Rotation
- Neuroanatomy
- Attention and Prediction
- Sensorimotor control and learning
- Social Neurocognition
