Position Details (Master's)

Master EU law and its connection to international frameworks, preparing you to navigate today’s legal challenges in business. This program focuses among others on digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainability, giving you the expertise to work in multinational corporations or leading law firms.

Gain a thorough understanding of the legal frameworks governing businesses in the European Union, while also considering international perspectives. This program covers key aspects of European and international company law, including corporate restructuring, company formation and financing, and takeover regulations. You will analyse EU primary and secondary legislation, case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union, and laws from relevant jurisdictions. By the end of the program, you will understand how international, European, and national laws interact in business regulation, preparing you to navigate today’s complex legal landscape, including challenges in digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainability.
