The Pharmaceutical Sciences course offered at Eastern Mediterranean University is a multidisciplinary doctoral program that consists 6 different modules in the field of pharmacy (Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Toxicology, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosis).
Upon their enrolment to the program, doctoral students select one of these modules and complete five area elective courses (total of 15 credits) along with three additional electives of their choice (total of 9 credits). Once they pass the doctoral qualification exam, they can begin their dissertation research.
