The curriculum of the International Leadership and Negotiation at Universidad Europea is designed alongside our partner, United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), and includes areas such as decision-making, negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management. Many of those who complete this master go on to enjoy successful careers in politics, in diplomacy, and within large organisations, NGOs, and consulting firms.
