This Leading Change, Organizations, and People program from Jönköping University equips you with those skills.

Offered as one of JIBS’ Master’s in Management (MiM) programs, ranked by the Financial Times, it combines broad training in managerial competencies with specialised expertise in leadership and organisational development. It is designed for ambitious students, whether recent graduates or early-career professionals, who aim for managerial and consulting roles in international companies and organisations.

Courses include:

  • In the first year, you will study a package of shared MiM courses (30 credits) to develop foundational managerial competencies in areas such as data analytics, team dynamics, accounting and finance, project design, and risk management.
  • In the second year, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your degree. You can choose electives, study abroad for a semester at one of our many partner universities or gain experience through an internship.
