• During the first semester, you will study the principles of project management, applied systems thinking, and gain essential knowledge in project governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement. You will also choose specialised modules to start defining your pathway toward commercial or behavioural project management.

• In the second semester, you will deepen your capabilities in delivering strategic projects through topics such as data analytics and machine learning applications for project managers, professional skills, ethics and entrepreneurship, and strategic management of project-based organisations. You will further customise your pathway by selecting a second specialised module.
