Position Details (Master's)
ThisLLM Cross-Border Disputes from University of Dundee will enable you to develop specialised legal expertise on the treatment of cross-border disputes internationally and in Europe. You will study conflicts of jurisdiction and laws, and the effects of foreign judgement.
