The 21st century has witnessed an unprecedented increase in data availability and opportunities for collecting and analysing political data. Leveraging these observations to understand politics requires the development and application of suitable methods in order to answer research questions about politics and international relations.
This Quantitative Political Science program at the University of Essex introduces quantitative methods suitable for this purpose and offers a selection of substantive modules and a dissertation module in which this methodological knowledge can be subsequently applied.
