Environmental Risk Management
Position Details (Master's)
The Environmental Risk Management program from University of Glasgow is delivered through a mixture of approaches including lectures, seminars, field classes and experiential learning. Students have the opportunity to undertake a work placement with a wide range of organisations and apply theoretical and practical skills developed throughout the core courses.

Career
The set of skills you will acquire in the program will allow you to pursue a diversity of careers in the private sector including consultancies; public organisations, in particular those dealing with issues related to disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and sustainable development; non-governmental organisations and intergovernmental organisations; or you can proceed to undertake PhD research and a potential academic career.
