What happens on the course?
- During the MSc Strength and Conditioning course, you will study the underlying principles of S&C science and the multifaceted role of the S&C practitioner. The applied and practical nature of the course will equip you with the skills required to work with athletes and clients of different ages, abilities and demographics in designing and implementing bespoke training programs to enhance athletic performance and health and wellbeing.
