• Your learning will reflect the latest innovations in legal education. You'll work in a student law firm to complete a number of problem-based learning exercises based on a series of varied real-life corporate commercial transactions and matters developed in consultation with legal practitioners.

• You'll study 180 credits over the course of your degree. Three core modules will enable you to develop a grounding in the key aspects of international corporate and commercial law. You'll also study research skills and methods to help you prepare for your dissertation. By choosing from a range of options, you can focus your studies on what interests you most.
