Stephanie Ivey is a Professor at the University of Memphis and a leader in transportation research and STEM workforce development. She directs the West TN STEM Hub and engages K–12 students through innovative outreach that builds pathways into transportation careers. At the University of Memphis’ Center for Applied Earth Science and Engineering Research (CAESER), she advances community-focused transportation initiatives and partnerships that broaden participation in STEM.
