Kash Barker

Kash Barker is a Professor in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma and directs the OU Systems Realization Laboratory. His research focuses on modeling and enhancing the resilience of interdependent critical infrastructure, risk and decision analysis under uncertainty, and network reliability and vulnerability. He develops methods and tools to assess cascading disruptions, support preparedness and recovery planning, and guide investments for infrastructure and supply chain resilience. Barker collaborates widely with government and industry partners, publishes extensively in leading journals, and leads funded projects aimed at improving community and infrastructure resilience.
