Unit: Department of Civil Law, Foreign Private Law and Private International Law
Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation in the area of civil law
- Participation in research projects of Prof. Steininger
- Conducting of and participation in courses
- Participation in project funding applications
- Participation in examinations
- Supervision of students
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed diploma or master’s degree in the area of Law with above-average success
- Excellent knowledge of Austrian Private Law and associated areas
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English (another foreign language desirable)
- High interest in scientific work and interaction with students
- Ability to work independently
- Didactic competence and experience in research and teaching support (desirable)
- Very good IT skills
- High degree of personal responsibility and ability to cooperate
- Communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- Resilience and problem-solving ability

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
