Your Responsibilities
- Participation in the research project "International Priests in Austria": Desk research; conducting interviews; data analysis (documents, interviews); preparation of an academic publication
- Participation in public relations work related to the research project "International Priests in Austria"
- (Co-)Supervision of Bachelor's theses in the field of Human Resource Management
- Teaching in the field of Human Resource Management
Your Profile
- Completed diploma or master’s degree in social sciences
- Excellent knowledge of qualitative research methods
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Scientific curiosity and interest in working on research questions within the research project "International Priests in Austria"
- High level of personal responsibility and the ability to cooperate
- Independent working style and high level of initiative
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Intercultural competence

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
