Your Responsibilities

  • Participation in the research project "International Priests in Austria": Desk research; conducting interviews; data analysis (documents, interviews); preparation of an academic publication
  • Participation in public relations work related to the research project "International Priests in Austria"
  • (Co-)Supervision of Bachelor's theses in the field of Human Resource Management
  • Teaching in the field of Human Resource Management

Your Profile

  • Completed diploma or master’s degree in social sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of qualitative research methods
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Scientific curiosity and interest in working on research questions within the research project "International Priests in Austria"
  • High level of personal responsibility and the ability to cooperate
  • Independent working style and high level of initiative
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Intercultural competence

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
